    1. Returns

    • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    • Personalized items (with a custom name/message) cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective.

    2. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    3. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

    4. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

    5. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
